Its been two weeks back at school. Three directors in the first week. No teacher for grade eight and three days of strikes. Plus three meetings and two marches for the parents. Welcome to Bolivia school system. The girls in grade eight were allocated finally after not even having a classroom. Just sit outside and wait. Rene has passed two years of Bolivian school. Turned nine today and still can't write his name.
Still problems with gas and gasoline. Our bread is still great and we have eight children attending various technical courses.
The last five guys ( volunteers) have all climbed Mount Tumari at 1700 plus feet.(5200 meters)
